The weather was sooooo cold this weekend, but it didn’t stop these great families from hanging out with me.

So these guys have already been married for over a month but I was going back and looking at some of the sessions I hadn’t really blogged and thought I’d catch up. We took these photos in the spring when the weather was not very good, we totally lucked out and had a perfect day. All other days of the week were stormy and cold, but this day was awesome! Here are some of my favorites.

Okay, okay. I’ve been absolutely terrible about blogging more than one image at a time. I have a new system and should be able to show you lots more photos per post

I had to share this engagement session with you. We had amazing light and an amazing couple. They made my job so easy because they are totally and completely in love. Also, don’t you just love Marcy’s hair?? I actually had dreams about me having this hairdo after this session because I loved it so much. Also, so fun because they’re doing a “science” theme for their wedding. Can’t wait!

Happy Independence Day!! In celebration of the 4th, I thought I’d share a photo that reminded me of a party.

These guys were up for anything. They’re absolutely adorable together and are so much fun. Out of nowhere they decided to have a dance party. I’m guessing this isn’t an unusual occurrence :)

Another one of this ridiculously good looking couple.

I just have to say that I am privileged to be able to photograph the cutest couples. I hardly had to direct these two because they were naturals. Also, did I mention that I LOVE spring in Boise? SO much green.

We couldn’t have asked for better weather for this engagement session. All this rain has really started to pay off because Boise’s parks and hills are SO green. This photo doesn’t show as green as it really is because we were in the foothills, but it is definitely more flowery than usual.

These two are to be married in August this year. I absolutely can’t wait!

On Sunday we had the craziest wind. It just so happened that I had TWO sessions that day. One was a sweet little family and the other was an awesome couple who traveled from Washington so they only had a small window. Monday was supposed to rain so we opted for the wind. Turns out, wind can’t stop us! These guys were a blast and their photos turned out super cute. More to come soon.

These guys didn’t pick this image for their selection but I’m throwing it in anyway because I loved it too much.

The holiday season is coming to a wrap (for photographers anyway). I’m finishing up a couple sessions before nice little break. Here are a couple more I’ve been working on.
